Delete the kickstand side switch. See earlier tips postings on the forum for info. Had similar trouble due to the switch shorting out internally. Has run fine since I followed Hoggryders suggestion on the switch. Could be your bike is the same way. Plus, it starts easier without the extra wire run and relays.
